Correa´s new range of front heads has won the iF Design Award.
Nicolás Correa has been awarded the renowned iF Design Award 2022 in the Industrial Product category for its new range of front heads. Among the award-winning heads is the BM-180 boring head equipped with a direct-drive spindle motor offering 90 kW and 3,438 Nm. It also allows automatic head change to interchange the BM-180 with other heads, offering great flexibility and maximum productivity.
The iF awards, which have been held since 1953, recognise excellence in design and its importance in creating value. The new design of Correa front heads range has won the award among more than 11,000 entries from 57 countries.
